Recipe – Peanut Butter Bird Muffins

12 cup natural peanut butter
14 cup of canola oil
1 pound molasses (unsulfured)
2 eggs in their shells
1 quart soy milk
3 cups oats, rolled
12 cup whole grain flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder

Combine the peanut butter, oil, and molasses in a mixing bowl.

Mix in the eggs and soy milk.

In a separate dish, whisk together the oats, flour, baking soda, and baking powder.

Stir in the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture.

Spoon into a muffin tray that has been greased.

Bake at 350°F (preheated oven) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

This recipe yields 12 normal muffins or 24 mini muffins. (I like minis.) All birds will enjoy this tasty treat! Crumble for the tiny ones, hunks for the larger birds.

Keep in sealed containers, ideally in the fridge. If you only have 1 or 2 little birds, reduce the recipe in half. High in protein and DELICIOUS!!
