Boil the pasta in water until it is tender but still firm – “al dente.” Drain the pasta. Combine flax seed oil, olive oil, basil, and garlic in a mixing bowl and pour over cooked pasta. Mix in the tomato and carrot. Garnish with shredded cheese. Pasta should be heated but not scorching [no crop burns!]. Watch your birds inhale as you serve! Amber enjoys pasta in a variety of ways, but this is by far her favorite! Leftovers may be reheated quickly and served the following day. You may adjust the quantity based on the number of birds and their taste preferences. Contains vital fatty acids, vitamin A, and protein.
