1 pound pinto beans
1 pound navy beans (soak both overnight)
12 cup chopped onions
4 garlic cloves, chopped 3 – 4 carrots, diced
1 to 2 inches of water
Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for about 2 hours, or until the potatoes are cooked (almost)
Add in:
1 cup uncooked organic 7 grain cereal
12 cup uncooked brown rice
12 cup flax seeds, whole
2 sticks cinnamon
12 teaspoon anise seeds
12 to 1 inch of water
Bring back to a boil, cover, and simmer for another 30-40 minutes, or until the water is absorbed. Mash everything together, then add in enough organic flakes (oat, wheat, barley) to form a crumbly texture. Refrigerate 3-4 days’ worth, then freeze the rest in 3-4 day pieces. Microwave for 1 minute, mix, and check for hot spots before serving. Before serving, mix in any powdered supplements. Enjoy with chopped fresh vegetables/fruit!
